About me

Started massage after my trip to Thailand in 2014… was supposed to be a 2-week vacation but ended up staying 3 months! My teacher there showed me how deep tissue work doesn’t have to hurt to be effective.

Training, qualifications & experience:

Learned traditional techniques from Ajarn Chai in Chiang Mai (best 3 months ever!)
Formal training back in the States at Pacific Institute, graduated 2015
Worked at Riverstone Spa for about 2 yrs before going independent
Took that advanced deep tissue workshop w/ Michael T. in 2018? maybe 2019
Pretty good at finding trigger points nobody else catches
Clients say I have "quiet hands" - whatever that means lol
Used to do those 10-min chair massages at the farmer's market on weekends
