About me
Started massage school in 2018 while still managing a restaurant (those were some looong days!). Learned deep tissue work first since that’s what had helped me most, then added relaxation techniques when I realized how many people just need to properly switch off from stress.
The aromatherapy bit came after this workshop I took on a whim – was amazed how different scents could enhance the healing process!
Been with Deluxe Massage since 2020 and love seeing the transformation when clients leave.
Some come in hardly able to turn their heads from tension, others just completely strung out from London’s non-stop pace. My approach changes for each person – sometimes they need that deep pressure to sort out physical knots, other times gentle relaxation with calming scents is what helps most.
Had this one regular who called me “the knot whisperer” which made me laugh but also kinda proud!

- Level 2 Aromatherapy certification
- Former hospitality manager (great for client care!)
- Personal experience with injury recovery
- With Deluxe Massage London since 2020
- Created "Tension Melt" signature treatment
- Experience with desk-related postural issues
- Special interest in neck and shoulder work
- Regular clients include professionals and creative types
