Started my healing journey after my own health struggles led me to alternative therapies. Now combining different approaches at Deluxe Massage to treat both body and energy!
My path to massage wasn’t exactly straightforward! Was working in finance when health issues knocked me sideways – doctors couldn’t figure it out. Started exploring alternatives out of desperation, and discovered this whole world of healing I never knew existed. A combo of massage and energy work turned my health around completely.
Quit my job in 2016 (my parents thought I’d lost it!) and trained in Swedish massage first. Added aromatherapy cuz I loved how scents could change the whole experience – still make custom blends for regular clients based on what they need that day. Deep tissue came next when I realized how many people need that targeted work for chronic issues. Then Reiki just sort of found me? Went to a workshop on a whim and something clicked. Been at Deluxe Massage since 2019 and love how I can mix these different approaches.

- London College of Massage Therapy - 700 hour program
- Certified Aromatherapist - Level 2
- Advanced Deep Tissue training with Simon Parks
- Reiki Master certification - studied with Jane Thompson
- Former finance professional (helps me relate to stressed City workers!)
- With Deluxe Massage London since 2019
- Created "Complete Balance" signature treatment
- Experience with chronic pain and stress-related conditions
- Regular workshops on new healing approaches
- Featured in local wellness magazine last year
