Former competitive swimmer who got interested in body mechanics after my own injuries. Now using that knowledge at Deluxe Massage to help others recover and perform better!
Swimming competitively for 12 years taught me a LOT about how the body works… and what happens when it doesn’t! Had this shoulder injury that wouldn’t quit until I found a therapist who combined deep tissue with lymphatic work – total game changer. Got so interested in how it worked that I started studying on weekends while still training.
Been at Deluxe Massage since 2019 and love the mix of clients I get – some serious athletes needing performance work, others just wanting to de-stress with a good relaxation session. Think my sports background helps me spot movement patterns that cause problems… had this runner last month who couldn’t figure out why his hip kept acting up.

- Specialized lymphatic drainage certification

- Experience working with professional athletes
- With Deluxe Massage London since 2019
- Developed "Athlete's Recovery" protocol
- Regular work with runners and swimmers
- Created specialized treatments for post-surgery recovery
- Volunteer work at London Marathon water station (my hands were dead after!)
