Most South London therapists travel by public transport or cycle with a portable massage table, so parking is rarely an issue. When you book via WhatsApp, we confirm your exact address and the therapist plans their route accordingly.

For a full-body Swedish or deep tissue massage, 90 minutes is ideal — it gives your therapist time to work through tension properly without rushing. If you want targeted work on one or two specific areas (neck and shoulders, lower back, legs), 60 minutes is sufficient. When you book, just tell us what you’re dealing with and we’ll recommend the right duration.

Approximately 2 metres by 3 metres of clear floor space — enough room for the table plus space for your therapist to move around it. A bedroom, living room or even a cleared dining area works perfectly. If you’re in a smaller flat and concerned about space, mention it when you WhatsApp us and we’ll confirm it’s workable before you commit.

Two clean towels (one to lie on, one for coverage), a clear space for the massage table, and access to a bathroom. That’s it. Your therapist brings the table, oils, music and everything else needed. If you want a specific room temperature or have music preferences, just let your therapist know when they arrive.
